Customer Service Representative (UAE National)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for showroom customers, handling inquiries, quotations and order processing. This role supports the smooth operation of the automotive aftermarket showroom and ensures a high level of service for UAE national customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails related to sales queries in a professional manner.
• Provide customers with product pricing, availability, delivery dates and any anticipated delays.
• Prepare and obtain approval for sales quotations with correct pricing, discounts and product codes.
• Enter orders into the company’s computer system and monitor delivery requirements.
• Communicate estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties and other product information.
• Proactively inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery schedules.
• Maintain filing systems for sales records and generate reports for the finance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries and deliveries.
• Comply with the company’s Quality Management System requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary education; diploma preferred, bachelor’s degree advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in a FMCG sales environment.
• UAE national.
