Customer Service Representative (UAE National)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for showroom customers, handling calls, emails, quotations and invoicing to ensure smooth business operations. This position supports sales activities and contributes to a high‑quality customer experience in a fast‑moving automotive aftermarket environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails related to sales queries in a professional manner.
• Provide customers with unit prices, product availability, delivery dates and any anticipated delays.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, obtain necessary approvals and forward them to the sales team.
• Enter orders into the company system and monitor processing against agreed delivery schedules.
• Communicate estimated delivery times, service contracts, warranties and related product information.
• Proactively notify customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery plans.
• Maintain filing systems, prepare sales reports and supply information to the finance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries and deliveries.
• Adhere to the company’s Quality Management System requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary or Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG sales environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.
• Understanding of sales and marketing methods for promoting and selling products.
