Customer Success Manager – Commodities

About the role

Kpler is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of commodities clients in the North American region. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients extract maximum value from Kpler’s commodity and maritime intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture proactive relationships with clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver seamless onboarding and ensure clients are set up to realize value quickly.
• Design and execute tailored engagement strategies to drive adoption and platform utilisation.
• Provide expert support via email, calls and in‑person meetings on maritime data, workflows and platform capabilities.
• Monitor usage and outcomes, identifying opportunities to align solutions with client objectives such as voyage planning and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities, support renewals and craft data‑driven impact narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and influence product improvements.
• Maintain accurate client records, engagement plans and renewal risks in Salesforce.
