Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a strategic enterprise account in the influencer marketing space. You will be the trusted owner of the relationship from campaign launch through commercial expansion, balancing flawless execution with strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead an account plan that connects day‑to‑day activities to long‑term growth objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with operational contacts, decision‑makers, and senior client leadership.
• Oversee campaign setup, influencer codes, posting schedules, content approvals and go‑live timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
• Track performance across creators, channels, revenue and commission spend; monitor pacing and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate client pain points into structured product requirements and coordinate product requests from discovery to delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Influencer, Data, Finance and Commercial teams, maintaining clear documentation and handling escalations professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology or a related field.
• Strong experience owning a large enterprise account within influencer marketing, e‑commerce, performance marketing, SaaS, MarTech or a digital agency environment.
• Demonstrated success growing account revenue, not just maintaining relationships.
• Confidence presenting to and challenging senior leadership (directors, VPs, etc.).
