Customer Success Manager

About the role

Pattern is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for enterprise ecommerce clients across the Middle East region. Based in Dubai and working in a hybrid model, you will guide clients from onboarding through renewal, driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10‑20 enterprise clients, overseeing onboarding, training and ongoing success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, championing Pattern’s solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead contract renewal and upsell negotiations in collaboration with senior sales colleagues.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
• Keep clients informed on the latest Meta and Google advertising strategies and ROI Hunter updates.
• Collect and relay client feedback to Product and Marketing teams, creating case studies and success stories.
• Maintain relationships with partner platforms such as Meta and Google.
