Customer Success & User Activation Internship

About the role

Paquik is looking for a Customer Success & User Activation Intern to support its growing user community and improve the customer journey across the platform. This hands‑on internship offers practical experience in customer success, CRM usage, and startup operations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact Paquik users by phone to understand their experience and help them move forward with the app.
• Follow up with users who registered but have not yet posted a shipment or trip.
• Reach out to users who started registration but did not complete it and identify obstacles.
• Engage existing users to learn about upcoming shipping or travel needs.
• Record call outcomes, feedback, and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate technical or operational problems to the Customer Success Manager.
• Use prepared call scripts, workflows, and structured user lists.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Fluent Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
• Organised and able to follow a structured CRM and follow‑up process.
• Willingness to make multiple outbound calls during a working session.
• Students, fresh graduates, or anyone seeking practical Customer Success experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
