About the role

Pulse is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Support Administrator to join its fully remote team. This entry‑level position blends customer service with administrative coordination, data entry, and document processing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and clear next steps.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, contact lists, and digital folders; process administrative requests and route documents to the appropriate departments.
• Enter and verify customer data in company systems, ensuring profiles are accurate and confidential.
• Create, categorize, and track support tickets, adding detailed case notes and escalating complex issues.
• Assist with account maintenance, document uploads, and basic quality‑control checks.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, patient demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
