About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, patient, organized, and capable of identifying customer needs to provide timely and accurate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
• Provide clear, accurate information and solutions to customer questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, call centre, help desk, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, positive, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English for supporting English‑speaking customers.
