Customer Support & HRMS Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an early‑career professional to join our team in Dubai, supporting and implementing our in‑house HR Management System (HRMS) for government entities and leading organisations across the UAE. The role blends client‑facing support, system configuration, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful deployments and ongoing user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system within agreed SLA targets.
• Participate in on‑site HRMS implementations: set up master data, assist with data migration, prepare test data and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Document client requirements clearly and translate them into actionable items for the technical team.
• Create and maintain user guides, process flow maps, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Deliver training sessions to end‑users and monitor system usage during the post‑implementation phase.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to track feedback, change requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports on request status, recurring issues and propose system improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as leave, payroll, performance appraisal, etc.
• Ability to organise work, handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
