Customer Support Representative (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

The Customer Support Representative will be the first point of contact for C1 Partners' customers and affiliates in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance in both English and Chinese, handling inquiries, complaints, and technical issues while providing translation support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and affiliate requests via email, ticketing system, and live chat.
• Resolve complex issues and act as the escalation point for core operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Continuously improve service quality and processes, meeting performance targets.
• Provide clear, accurate information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up until resolution.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
• Translate assigned content into Chinese within set timelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a customer service environment.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Required skills

• Strong translation ability between English and Chinese.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and ticketing systems.
