Cyber Security Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to design and strengthen enterprise security architecture across our UAE operations. The role will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, cloud, development and business teams to build secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and evolve enterprise cybersecurity architecture and frameworks.
• Develop security standards, principles, patterns and technical guidelines.
• Assess infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud environments and solutions for security risks.
• Define and implement security controls for cloud, network, endpoint, application and identity environments.
• Work with IT and engineering teams to embed security into technology projects and conduct security reviews.
• Support Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, network security and data‑protection initiatives.
• Evaluate security technologies, third‑party products and provide recommendations.
• Participate in threat modelling, vulnerability management and security assessments.
• Produce architecture diagrams, standards, documentation and technical reports.
• Monitor emerging threats and advise on defensive strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering or security architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and architectural design abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CCSP are a plus.
