Cyber Security Senior Director

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a Cyber Security Senior Director to lead its technical security operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Digital & Technology, the role is responsible for designing, implementing and operating cybersecurity controls across a large‑scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Miral’s security strategy into a technical operations roadmap aligned with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, UAE Information Assurance Standards and ADHICS.
• Implement and operate security policies, standards and controls defined by the independent Information Security Governance function.
• Act as the first‑line technical authority on cyber risk, providing assurance on the design and effectiveness of security controls.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team covering SOC operations, network security, identity & access management and cyber incident response.
• Own the design, deployment and day‑to‑day operation of firewalls, switches, segmentation, NAC, VPN, IDS/IPS, web and email gateways and DDoS protection.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing SOC, network security and incident response functions in a complex enterprise.
• Deep understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and regional security standards.
• Strong strategic and governance orientation, able to provide technical assurance to senior executives.
