Cybersecurity & Grid Automation Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth of OT cybersecurity and Grid Automation services across the Power & Energy sector in the United Arab Emirates. You will shape the sales strategy, build a pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to utilities, renewable operators and industrial energy customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans for OT cybersecurity solutions and Grid Automation lifecycle services.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales of risk assessments, network segmentation, asset visibility, and security incident response offerings.
• Promote and sell service programs such as Encompass™ agreements, Grid Automation Shield and Collaborative Operations Centers.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, lead tendering, negotiations and deal closure while protecting margins.
• Collaborate with the Grid Automation business development team and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex cybersecurity or industrial automation solutions to utilities or energy companies.
• Strong understanding of IEC 62443 standards and local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with utilities, EPCs, asset owners and grid operators.
