Cybersecurity Sales Manager

About the role

Vismaya is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in Dubai. The role focuses on selling enterprise and government cybersecurity solutions, managing the full sales cycle and building strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, tenders and industry events.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Grow strategic accounts across Government, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Transport and Healthcare sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, procurement teams and other key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with presales and consulting teams to create proposals, BOQs, SOWs and commercial models.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and coordinate joint account planning with OEM partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of B2B technology sales experience, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing high‑value enterprise deals.
• Strong network of contacts within GCC enterprise and government sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex sales opportunities.

Required skills

• Network security, XDR, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOAR, OT security, GRC, managed security services.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, CyberArk and Microsoft security solutions.
