Data Analyst – ICQA LND Analytics (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is a data‑driven organization that relies on precise metrics to improve its operations. As a Data Analyst in the ICQA LND Analytics team, you will create reports, uncover root causes of quality defects, and support inventory adjustments across multiple data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes and manage data systems.
• Design SQL queries, compile data, and generate regular reports.
• Create visualisations and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.
• Automate analyses with Python scripts.
• Prepare and present reports for weekly, quarterly, and project reviews.
• Support leadership in interpreting data trends and conducting defect‑trend research.
• Collaborate with ICQA, Learning, and Finance teams on data‑driven projects.

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects, from data gathering to recommendation delivery.
• Understanding of business needs and translating them into effective data solutions.
