Data Analyst with Tibco Spotfire skills

About the role

EPAM is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, build interactive visualisations, and support business decisions using Tibco Spotfire and complementary BI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tibco Spotfire.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, patterns and business opportunities.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform ETL operations from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data‑delivery processes.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Tibco Spotfire for data visualisation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes and integrating diverse data sources.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
