Data Analytics Lead – Corporate Services

About the role

The Data Analytics Lead will join Al‑Futtaim Technologies' Data & Analytics team to shape business intelligence and analytics solutions that drive measurable value across the Group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with business units to translate complex requirements into actionable insights and support large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and convert them into analytical requirements.
• Design, document, develop, implement and test rapid prototypes that deliver data insights.
• Lead and coordinate large‑scale transformation projects in partnership with project and programme managers.
• Represent the data team in senior management review meetings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Define, plan, develop and implement optimal Business Intelligence solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics initiatives and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of analytics processes, data governance and transformation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
