Data Architect - Snowflake

About the role

This senior, hands‑on position focuses on designing and building scalable cloud data solutions with Snowflake at the core. You will combine architecture, data modelling and engineering expertise to deliver a robust data platform for a forward‑thinking organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑level data architectures using Snowflake.
• Lead the development of scalable, secure and high‑performing data solutions.
• Define and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive best practices across data engineering, cloud platforms, governance and data lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect or similar senior data‑focused role.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, optimisation, administration and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with dimensional and enterprise data modelling techniques.
• Background in software engineering or development with solid coding and design principles.
• Experience in the financial services sector delivering enterprise‑scale data platforms.
