Data & Business Analyst – Alibaba Cloud Stack

About the role

OneBullEx is seeking a technically‑savvy Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business operations and data engineering. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and help deliver AI‑enhanced dashboards and reports using Alibaba Cloud, Grafana and QuickBI.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications for the Data Engineering team.
• Maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, sequence diagrams and UAT plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, UX/UI Designers and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Analyse existing processes to propose automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, collect user feedback and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Alibaba Cloud, Grafana and QuickBI.
• Proven ability to use AI‑enabled tools and code‑driven workflows for rapid dashboard creation.
