Data Entry Administrator (Remote)

About the role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Administrator to work remotely. The role involves maintaining accurate company data across various platforms, ensuring high quality and confidentiality while supporting operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets and internal management systems.
• Review information for completeness, accuracy and consistency before submission.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies or duplicate entries.
• Organise and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Perform routine data quality checks and audits.
• Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Assist with importing and exporting data between software platforms.
• Maintain confidential information in line with company policies and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.
• Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or office administration preferred.
• Excellent typing accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
