Data Science Manager – Operations

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Data Science Manager – Operations to join its Digital Technology and Customer Experience team in Dubai. You will lead AI and data‑science initiatives that boost operational efficiency, support strategic decisions, and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy predictive models such as price elasticity, residual‑value forecasting, predictive maintenance, churn prediction and anomaly detection.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems using statistical process control and data‑visualisation tools.
• Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and coordinate a team of data scientists to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality analytics solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in customer, finance or operations analytics or data science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering machine‑learning and advanced‑analytics solutions in a business environment.
