Data Transformation & Change Manager

About the role

Damen Rubber is expanding its Data Shared Service Centre and needs a transformation‑focused professional to accelerate adoption of new data services across the organization. You will act as the bridge between data owners, IT, and business units, ensuring that data capabilities are delivered, adopted, and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new data services, capabilities and operating models into the Data Shared Service Centre.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT, Data Governance and Master Data Management teams to align on service design and delivery.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management activities and operational sustainability for each data service.
• Monitor and report on adoption metrics, value realization and service performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and champion best practices in data governance and master data management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data transformation, change management or related roles within complex, multi‑disciplinary environments such as manufacturing, shipbuilding, energy or shared services.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management and service‑oriented operating models.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
