Dealer Relationship Executive – Auction

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle is seeking an enthusiastic Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market assigned dealer relationships within the auction segment. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring dealers are active on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with dealers, providing industry‑leading customer service.
• Manage and market assigned dealer accounts to meet quality, pricing, and volume targets.
• Log dealer visits, gather feedback, and ensure dealer activity exceeds 95% bidding participation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margin objectives through effective negotiation.
• Design dealer segmentation and ensure all dealers are active on the auction platform.
• Update systems promptly and meet dealers weekly to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in new or used vehicle sales, purchases, or management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and vehicle specifications.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong segmentation abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
• Professional attitude, ambitious, competitive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.
