Debt Collections Advisor (Consultant) – UAE

About the role

Murphy AI is seeking experienced debt‑collection professionals to join its advisor network on a consulting basis. You will work 5–20 hours per month, providing expert judgment to shape the behaviour of AI‑driven collection agents that serve banks, lenders and agencies across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI call flows, scripts and negotiation logic against real‑world collection practices.
• Validate cadence, cure‑rate assumptions, settlement ranges and escalation paths.
• Stress‑test edge cases such as disputes, hardship, repeat promises‑to‑pay and regulatory triggers.
• Identify compliance risks and advise on tone, channel mix and contact‑frequency norms for the UAE market.
• Participate in working sessions with product and engineering teams, sharing anonymised examples, scripts and playbooks from your own experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in debt collections, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
• Recent (≤2 years) experience at a bank, DCA, servicer or BPO in the UAE.
• Background as an in‑house collections leader or a collections/contact‑centre manager.
• Title such as Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director or VP on the creditor side.
