Delivery Lead

About the role

Creatio is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee client engagements and internal implementation projects under its Delivery Assurance contracts. Based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that every solution is technically sound, aligned with client needs, and delivered with maximum business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert-level product knowledge of the Creatio platform across the Delivery Assurance portfolio.
• Advise clients and partners on optimal solution approaches, configurations, and platform capabilities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects to maintain alignment with standards and commitments.
• Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks, conducting portfolio‑level reviews to validate outcomes and readiness for go‑live.
• Serve as the primary contact for client executives, delivering transparent portfolio visibility and governance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Creatio platform and its ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in delivery governance and assurance within a technology environment.
