Delivery Manager – Amadeus PSS

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for Amadeus PSS, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and status reports.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and steering committee meetings.
• Manage scope, change control, and financials, driving cost efficiencies with suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Ensure benefits realisation and capture lessons learned post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
