Delivery Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to lead the daily operation and management of our transportation and distribution network across the Middle East region. You will ensure efficient, stable, and cost‑effective movement of goods by overseeing sea, air, land, and last‑mile delivery activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end transportation and distribution network, covering sea, air, land, and last‑mile delivery.
• Coordinate international trunk transportation resources and liaise with sea and air carriers as well as local service providers.
• Monitor the full operational chain from origin through customs clearance, transshipment, and final delivery.
• Track and improve key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rate, successful delivery rate, transportation costs, anomaly rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and optimise processes to boost cross‑border logistics efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Handle transportation and distribution anomalies by coordinating with warehousing, carriers, customs teams, and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing transportation and distribution operations in the Middle East region.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple carriers and service providers.
• Experience monitoring and improving logistics KPIs.
• Capability to design and optimise logistics processes for cost efficiency.
• Effective problem‑solving skills for handling operational anomalies.
