Demand Creation Specialist

About the role

As a Demand Creation Specialist you will be the engine driving sales growth and market penetration for Unilever Food Solutions in the UAE food‑service market. You will work closely with chefs, restaurant owners and other HORECA customers, turning their needs into tailored solutions that showcase the breadth of Unilever’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, understanding their business challenges and opportunities.
• Present and recommend Unilever Food Solutions products that meet specific client requirements.
• Drive market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food‑service or hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of the UAE food‑service market dynamics.
