Dental Clinic Telesales Specialist (Arabic/Filipino/Iranian)

About the role

Ontime Group is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to promote dental services, schedule appointments and engage patients for a dental clinic. The role involves outbound calling to both prospective and existing patients, providing clear information about treatments and ensuring a smooth booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dental patients to promote treatments and services.
• Provide detailed information on dental procedures, pricing, and appointment availability.
• Answer patient inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow up to confirm bookings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of calls and patient information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales and appointment‑booking targets.
• Stay informed about the latest dental technologies and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in dental or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing appointments.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
