Department Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Department Manager to lead our retail team in Dubai, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and loyalty program initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service by coaching and supporting retail staff.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving efficient and profitable store operations in line with company policies.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Promote and manage the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat sales.
• Audit store administration, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and grievance handling.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store’s appearance aligns with set VM guidelines.
• Monitor security procedures and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Stay updated on product ranges, fashion trends, and brand offerings to support suggestive selling.

Required profile

• Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed appearance with up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to management.
