Design Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

The Design Coordinator will act as the bridge between clients, external consultants and internal project managers to ensure that design intent and specifications are fully respected throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, landlords and ATG managers to plan and deliver accurate design documentation.
• Assist in the detailed development of interior fit‑out projects, monitor progress and suggest design amendments.
• Ensure all deliverables are provided on time, meet the brief and include any required variations.
• Review client manuals and project applications to guarantee on‑site compliance.
• Support the site team by clarifying design documents and providing additional information as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits, perform compliance checks and produce design review reports.
• Advise the Project Manager on design‑related issues, client complaints and required site adjustments.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture with solid knowledge of concept and detail drawing preparation.
• 2‑3 years of experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to operate AutoCAD and solve design and execution challenges.
