Design Director / Creative Director - Luxury Interiors

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Design Director / Creative Director to lead the creative direction of a premier luxury interior design studio in Dubai. You will shape the aesthetic language, uphold design excellence, and drive innovation across high‑profile residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the company’s overall creative vision, design philosophy and aesthetic standards.
• Oversee design quality for interior, architecture and FF&E deliverables, conducting rigorous design reviews.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align design ambitions with commercial goals.
• Lead innovation initiatives that differentiate the brand in the luxury market.
• Manage FF&E selection, supplier relationships and material curation.
• Present concepts and strategies to executive stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in leading design studios or consultancies focused on luxury environments.
• Proven track record as a Creative Director or Design Director with a strong portfolio of high‑end projects.
• Experience establishing design standards and quality frameworks for large multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of luxury interior design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of FF&E sourcing and international supplier networks.
