Design & Projects Manager – Luxury Interiors

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for an accomplished Design & Projects Manager to shape sophisticated, high‑quality interior environments across its UAE and international portfolio. You will lead interior design, fit‑out and renovation programmes from concept through commissioning, ensuring every space reflects Emirates standards and brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into detailed space specifications, cost frameworks and design standards.
• Lead fit‑out and renovation projects from vision to completion, controlling budget, schedule and quality.
• Define and embed interior design standards across commercial properties while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Review material, finish and design submissions to protect the design vision and commercial value.
• Monitor project progress against programme, cost and quality expectations and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce building and project standards in partnership with the Facilities commercial unit.
• Provide expert guidance to user departments from early definition through execution and commissioning.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to maintain momentum and resolve delivery challenges.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours qualification in Architecture or a related discipline, preferably with a specialisation in interior design and project management.
• More than eight years of experience delivering high‑end interior design, fit‑out and refurbishment projects for large‑scale commercial or corporate environments.
• Proven track record managing contractors, consultants and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with values exceeding AED 250 million while maintaining quality and governance.

• Expertise in end‑to‑end project management and delivery.
• Cost control, budgeting and value‑engineering capabilities.
• Contract and vendor management experience.
• Understanding of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
