DevOps / IT Infra Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / IT Infra Engineer to own the end‑to‑end design, automation and operation of our on‑premise AI and enterprise infrastructure. You will build reliable, secure and observable platforms that enable rapid AI training and inference at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible and Helm; implement GitOps workflows for audited changes.
• Architect, deploy and manage multi‑tenant GPU‑enabled Kubernetes clusters (MIG, GPUDirect RDMA, NVIDIA plugins).
• Administer Linux servers, networking, identity/SSO (Keycloak/LDAP), secrets (Vault), DNS/DHCP/NTP and internal package mirrors.
• Partner with developers to create fast, reproducible CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI, including caching and artifact provenance.
• Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana), define SLOs, run incident response, on‑call rotation and post‑mortems.
• Define backup and disaster‑recovery strategies (RPO/RTO), execute regular restores and site failover tests.
• Document architecture diagrams, playbooks and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong background in infrastructure automation and operations for AI or high‑performance workloads.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux system administration and networking.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with development teams.
