DFN Sales Manager - Multi-Country

About the role

DHL is looking for a DFN Sales Manager to drive growth of its Fulfilment Network across a target country while supporting multi‑country deals. The role combines hands‑on customer engagement, pipeline management and collaboration with internal teams to win new eCommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through digital and social selling, qualifying inbound leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities, own the end‑to‑end sales process and contract preparation.
• Manage up to 20 live opportunities simultaneously from early stage to closing.
• Build cross‑business relationships with eCS, DHL Express and other units to exchange leads.
• Represent DFN at events and conventions, acting as the commercial point of contact.
• Capture customer data for pricing, proposals and feedback on commercial terms.
• Collaborate with DFN team members on multi‑country opportunities and with marketing to improve digital campaigns.
• Establish DHL Supply Chain and the Fulfilment Network within the local eCommerce community and foster relationships across DHL sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within eCommerce or logistics.
• Strong pipeline management and deal‑closing capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
