Digital Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join Etihad Airways’ Digital & eCommerce team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager and working under the Digital Engagement Senior Manager, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design analytical solutions for high‑value problems.
• Execute complex, ad‑hoc analyses using Etihad’s analytical toolkit and identify root causes.
• Summarise and visualise results, delivering clear insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain a documentation repository of methodologies and solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other data tools.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in a chosen analytical discipline and coach the wider analytics team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, database management or data‑science models.
• Preferably experience in the aviation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital analytical models and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
