Digital Application SME

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Digital Application Subject Matter Expert to own the technical health of its enterprise digital platforms. You will provide end‑to‑end expertise, production support, and continuous improvement for customer‑facing websites, mobile apps, APIs and related middleware.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for digital application incidents and production issues.
• Maintain availability, performance, capacity, stability and security of web, mobile and integration services.
• Troubleshoot across WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ, LDAP and ForgeRock CIAM/SSO.
• Support WebCenter Sites configuration, publishing, log analysis and RCA preparation.
• Monitor health with Kibana/ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics and manage deployments, patches and SSL certificates.
• Lead technical activities during Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for complex issue resolution and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise digital platforms and applications.
• Hands‑on expertise with the listed middleware and integration technologies.
