Digital Channel Support

About the role

The Digital Channel Support professional will ensure smooth operation of digital banking channels within a high‑pressure, 24/7 production environment. You will work closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and business users to troubleshoot issues, support project delivery, and maintain service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents on digital channels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering technology‑enabled initiatives, reviewing vendor solutions, and defining SLAs.
• Assist business users in understanding system functionality and provide UAT and SIT support.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, transition documents, and technical procedures.
• Monitor contract compliance, evaluate vendors, and ensure smooth handover to production support.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with digital channels in the Investment and Wealth Management domain.
• Good knowledge of IT Change Management and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 production support environment and handle high‑pressure situations.
