Digital Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Copywriter/Senior Digital Copywriter to join our growing Copy and Translation team. You will weave disparate information and industry trends into a cohesive narrative that fulfills business objectives, inspires our audience, and reinforces Bybit’s brand proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, user‑friendly Help Center and knowledge‑base articles that translate complex product logic into actionable guidance.
• Craft original campaign messaging that reflects brand values and supports marketing objectives.
• Write persuasive copy for websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI, adhering to editorial style guides.
• Edit and enhance existing content to ensure consistency with marketing strategy and tone.
• Partner with Product and Project Managers to deliver concise messaging for both everyday users and seasoned traders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, marketers, and subject‑matter experts to ensure content is on‑brand and visually cohesive.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or a closely related field, with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily tasks to optimise delivery performance.
• Strong technical writing skills, especially for Help Center and knowledge‑base content.
• Proficiency in Chinese, including reading PRDs and communicating with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance is preferred.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
