Digital Core Transformation – SAP S/4HANA Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for an experienced Management Consultant or Senior Manager to lead Digital Core advisory and transformation projects powered by SAP S/4HANA across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted SAP transformation advisor to client executives, guiding end‑to‑end business change and ensuring successful ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Core transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations, using Capgemini’s suite of products and services.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA workstreams such as business readiness, data migration, testing coordination, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care stabilization.
• Establish and run Transformation Management Offices, providing governance for planning, risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with technical architects, digital specialists and SAP delivery teams to scope, design and roll out future business models.
• Mentor and engage Capgemini Invent resources to maximise value delivery for clients.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end business transformation delivery experience, preferably in SAP environments.
• Strong programme governance discipline and advisory‑level SAP knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate SAP technology impact into business outcomes for senior executives.
• Experience establishing and operating Transformation Management Offices.
