Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to lead and expand our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day strategy and execution of the affiliate marketing program.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to optimize campaign requirements and maximize ROI.
• Recruit new affiliates and partners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Background in Finance, Business Management, or Economics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset.
