Digital Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

Areen East & West (AEW) is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead the online presence of its portfolio brands in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will plan, execute and analyse multi‑channel campaigns, manage social media accounts and optimise website performance to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars, post schedules and community engagement across all social platforms.
• Collaborate with brand teams to create digital assets that align with positioning and campaign goals.
• Update website content, product listings and landing pages using CMS tools such as Shopify.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance channels.
• Work with e‑commerce and sales teams to increase traffic, improve conversion rates and maximise ROAS.
• Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports and translate insights into optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably managing multiple brands.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
