Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads, SEO & Content

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to build and expand the online presence of a luxury shoe and handbag restoration business. Reporting directly to the owner, you will own all paid and organic search activities, social media, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns, conversion tracking, structure, brand protection and daily optimisation.
• Maintain Google Business Profile – post updates, add photos, respond to reviews and improve local pack rankings for two locations.
• Implement on‑page SEO: metadata, schema markup, internal linking and create long‑tail service pages.
• Shoot and edit before‑and‑after Reels and TikTok videos using a phone and tools such as CapCut.
• Plan, launch and optimise Facebook and TikTok advertising.
• Handle WhatsApp lead generation and marketing communications.
• Produce weekly reports on lead sources, cost‑per‑lead and new client acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on Google Ads experience.
• Proven ability to set up and manage conversion tracking independently.
• Working knowledge of on‑page SEO techniques (tags, metadata, headings, schema, internal linking).
• Experience creating and editing vertical video content on a mobile device.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO.
• WordPress or similar CMS experience for page edits.
• Fluent written English and ability to work autonomously.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
