Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

TREVEX is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to run the day‑to‑day execution of its marketing activities. You will own the HubSpot CRM, produce copy, manage social channels, generate leads and ensure a weekly publishing cadence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot end‑to‑end: data hygiene, list segmentation, workflows, marketing emails, cold outreach sequences, nurture journeys and performance reporting.
• Draft web, campaign and product copy in the brand voice and route it for approval.
• Create monthly social content calendars, write captions, brief designers and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (three posts per week).
• Source, enrich and verify company lists using platforms such as Apollo and deliver ready‑to‑call lists to the sales team.
• Run the monthly SEO sweep, prepare change‑sets for developers and verify implementations.
• Produce newsletters and campaign emails from templates.
• Coordinate podcast post‑production and repurpose episodes into channel‑ready content.
• Compile a monthly performance summary covering output, results and upcoming work.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator comfortable with executing marketing plans set by senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep calendars, briefs and loops closed.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and meet a weekly publishing cadence.
