Digital Marketing Manager – Shopify & Performance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, UAE‑based Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across international markets, handling Shopify, performance marketing, retention, content and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations and landing page optimisation.
• Lead strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets while improving CAC and ROAS.
• Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win‑back) using Shopify‑integrated tools.
• Produce high‑converting English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks.
• Manage external freelancers (designers, video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality creative output.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in English for communication and copywriting.
• Minimum 4 years hands‑on experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven success in scaling an e‑commerce brand.
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
• Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (attested for UAE visa process).
• Available to join immediately.
