Digital Marketing Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise our regional digital marketing programmes in Dubai. The role combines campaign creation, marketing automation, CRM integration and performance analytics to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly marketing planning, audience segmentation and budget allocation with data‑driven recommendations.
• Design, execute and optimise integrated paid and organic campaigns across email, web, social media, paid media and events.
• Drive demand generation, lead nurturing and customer‑engagement programmes while aligning with brand and sales enablement goals.
• Act as regional subject‑matter expert for marketing automation and CRM platforms, managing campaigns in Eloqua, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Create and maintain emails, landing pages, forms, journey maps, nurture streams and reporting assets.
• Develop and refine lead scoring, grading, routing, attribution and conversion measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, data and global teams to adopt AI‑powered marketing, automation and analytics solutions.
• Produce regular performance dashboards and analytical reports to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with regional and global stakeholders.
