Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Invest Group Overseas L.L.C (IGO) is seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising and content marketing.
• Manage online advertising budgets and settings in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and CMS tools.
• Analyse key metrics, produce performance reports and make data‑driven recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create engaging creative assets and landing pages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console.
• Marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• CRM systems (experience preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
