Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Waves Investments & Properties’ boutique brokerage arm in Dubai, driving digital initiatives that enhance the brand’s presence in the luxury real‑estate and investment market. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating qualified leads and promoting high‑net‑worth property opportunities through strategic online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement and audience development.
• Develop, coordinate and publish engaging digital content for property listings, investment products and brand storytelling.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Monitor website, social and campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Support digital promotions for properties and investment opportunities, ensuring consistent messaging across brokerage, investment and marketing teams.
• Analyse SEO/SEM performance and implement optimisation tactics to increase traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, with a track record of multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Hands‑on expertise in social media management, content creation and audience growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in UAE real‑estate, luxury brands or financial services is a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and project‑management abilities.
