Digital Media Specialist – Social & Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Media Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will shape and execute our social media strategy, produce engaging content, and drive digital campaigns that align with our brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create and curate original text, image and video content that reflects the brand voice.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing and paid social advertising campaigns.
• Monitor channel performance with Google Analytics and produce regular ROI reports.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and queries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay current with digital media trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital media, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (preferred).
