Digital Merchandising Trainee – Level Shoes

About the role

The Digital Merchandising Trainee will support the Digital Merchandising team in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for Level Shoes. This position offers hands‑on exposure to luxury e‑commerce, website merchandising and performance analytics, building the foundation for a career in digital merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with homepage, campaign and landing‑page updates across relevant markets and regions.
• Support merchandising of new arrivals, seasonal edits, campaigns and promotional collections.
• Ensure banners, collections, featured products and merchandising updates are implemented accurately and on time.
• Help optimise product visibility based on trading performance, stock availability, newness and commercial priorities.
• Prepare daily and weekly trading reports to support the wider Digital Merchandising strategy.
• Monitor sales, product performance, best‑sellers, new arrivals, stock levels and key trends to identify opportunities.
• Support analysis of customer behaviour and merchandising performance to highlight areas for improvement.
